Tony has over 15 years inside privately owned businesses — building, running, and selling two professional services firms, and advising and working within businesses up to $150M across agriculture, manufacturing, professional services, and financial services.
He founded TPA because the same problem kept appearing: founders and owners carrying the full weight of a business that had outgrown its operating model, without the experienced capacity to deliver the step change it needed.

In one engagement, persistent margin erosion at a national services provider traced back to critical weaknesses in workforce planning — a structural issue outside the line of sight of any single function. Resolving it reduced payroll costs by 15%.
Ashley has over 15 years of experience across agriculture, logistics and transport, and manufacturing — environments where systems perform under operational pressure or they fail visibly. That background shapes how he works: practically, not theoretically.
At TPA, Ashley leads the Systems and Technology domain. He is known for finding the most cost-effective and rational path through complex problems across systems architecture, networking, hardware, and software. His instinct is not to over-engineer.
In one engagement, Ashley inherited an overweight technology stack, reviewed and consolidated 27 software packages to 7, and built a SQL database to consolidate data and produce automated reporting through Power BI — replacing manual effort with a single source of truth.
